Jenn Bosch

Jenn Bosch serves as Grants Program Administrator for the Oregon Department of Human Services Office of Resilience and Emergency Management (OREM). She the project lead for ODHS Resilience Hubs and Networks work program, including administration and continued development of the statewide grant program, implementation of ORS 409.760 and OAR 407-100, supporting continued resilience investments including OREM’s community Stockpile and Typed Package efforts, and related policy and rule development. Jenn also manages major resilience investments including OREM’s community Stockpile and Typed Package efforts. She works with grant recipients, community partners, vendors, and others to move resilience investments from planning through implementation. Her work focuses on strengthening community capacity and continually improving how Oregon supports Resilience Hubs and Networks across the state.
