Avery Pearson

Avery Pearson is the Outreach Project Manager for South Willamette Solutions, a rural nonprofit serving the Oakridge-Westfir community in Oregon. Her work focuses on community outreach, public health communication, wildfire and smoke preparedness, and connecting residents with resources and services.

Avery works with local governments, nonprofits, public agencies, and community partners to support projects that strengthen rural communities. She is currently involved in the redevelopment of the Willamette Activity Center as a community resilience hub and is particularly interested in how small organizations, local partnerships, and trusted community networks can build resilience in rural areas. Avery holds an M.S. in Management from the University of Oregon and an M.B.A. from Chico State.
