Founder and Principal

Cristina Muñoz De La Torre, PhD, is the Founder and Principal of CEED Resilience LLC, an Oregon-based consulting firm that helps communities, nonprofits, and funders strengthen disaster resilience and recovery programs and initiatives. With more than 17 years of experience spanning disaster response initiatives, community planning, research, and policy analysis, she has worked with local and national organizations to develop practical, community-driven solutions for disaster preparedness, recovery, and long-term resilience. Cristina currently supports resilience initiatives in Oregon and across the United States through consulting, facilitation, strategic planning, and capacity-building efforts.
